My favorite experiment was when we got to keep track of the paramecium and study them. It was really cool to get to see them moving and look at them!!!
It makes you think that the things that can be seen by the human eye aren't the only things on earth. The paramecium do the same things that any other organism does (the 7 characteristics of life), just in a different way than us!
I would have to agree with Jaxon! When we mixed the "ingredients" together, I thought it was so cool when it started fizzing and it turned yellow and warm! Because it changed colors, released an odor, and produced gas, it was a chemical reaction. In case you forget, I just came in and asked you what kind of reaction and why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I liked, although it was pretty gross, the bacteria experiment where we swabbed a part of the room and then put it in the agar. It was really cool to see all of the living organisms on things we touch and use every day. One of the grossest (and coolest) parts was when the bacteria from the locker in Mrs. Meek's room took over the whole container. There must have been millions of colonies! So, when you're putting away the phones, watch out Luke!
my favorite expierment was when we tested the conductivity of the diffrent metals.i liked it because we got to use FIRE!!!!!!!!!we learned that copper was the best conducter.
My favorite experiment was icky and nasty but it still is my favorite and i'll tell you why.My favorite experiment is with the bacteria in a dish because it showed me how much dirt is in the world! Now i'll always tell people when they come my room to use the hand santizer OR GET OUT!!!!!
My favorite experiment was when we tested how much Bactria was in the a part of the room. Mine was under the sink,it had the most because people used it almost every day!!!
My favorite experiment was when we got to take care of the snails. The snails were so cute and one of the snails loved me so I named him Timmy. If you don't believe me you can ask Mrs.Meek to show you the picture.
My favorite experiment was when we did the ramps it was so much fun to move the ramps and push the cars down. it was so much fun to see how fast the cars would go after putting the ramps at other heights.
My favorite expieriment we did was when we got to use the sun ray beads. I really liked it becaues we got to make our own bracelets and have fun during school. :)
I liked the one where we used dangerous chemicals…oh wait we didn't have one like that hahahaha :). The one with the food coloring and hot water was good (probably because I had a good table group I was with Mason Jacob and Emi now I'm with two girls and Jackson left me) The one with the thing-a-ma-jig was awesome too (butter one)
my favorite science experiment was when we had a liquid and two powders and it turned yellow and got hot
ReplyDeleteDo you remember what kind of reaction that it was?

Deletemy favorite project was when Mrs.Meek put butter on all the different kind of metals and we needed to see which conductor is not good to use
